Hello!

Each day the robins get friendlier. When they first returned they were so skittish and would fly away and make very irritated noises at me whenever they saw me. Now the last couple days they have gotten much more approachable. By summertime you almost step on them. This one didn't seem very worried that I came fairly near today.

I made a discovery some time ago. The birds who were here last year, in this neighborhood, around our yard, are the same ones who come back. The reason I figured this out is one had an unusual growth on its head so I could identify him. The next year he was back. I decided two things - 1 that this is their home too, the very exact birds and - 2 that the growth didn't hurt him. Hope you're having a nice weekend. God bless you, Diane

Looks like a male from the dark black head. They do become so numerous that they get more comfortable when we are around. Great photo Diane. :c)
