Well Look at This!

The wild turkeys have been regular residents of our neighborhood for 4 or 5 years. They've been in our street, on our lawns, stopping traffic, perching on people's porch railings. They feel very comfortable with our dogs and kids on bikes - they're just fixtures around here. But this is the first time I've seen one strut..................

The other turkeys acted like they never saw it before either.

I'm sorry this is so grainy. I wasn't real close. God bless you, Diane

You sure get a lot of wild life where you live. It must have been nice to see it strutting it's feathers.
Take care.
Jill.

It's quite an impressive sight, isn't it? You are so lucky to have so much wildlife and natural beauty around you, Diane.

I'm so sorry to hear that your family experienced such an upsetting day recently, but I'm grateful to hear that your son-in-law wasn't hurt. It must have been so upsetting though.

Baby Lili is so pretty. The holidays seem very special when there are little ones around. I'm glad that your Thanksgiving was good.

Oh, and the tree? Have you considered putting one on a tabletop? I had to resort to that one year, and it really turned out lovely. I put it inside of a pretty container, or you could create a little scene at the base of the tree. It'll still sparkle, no matter the size.

Best wishes!
