This and That

It was cold today 13 degrees but I had to make my weekly trip to Salvation Army (from now on I'm calling it SA). I found a book on style, as in Jackie Kennedy and Coco Chanel, and one on giving the very best. They should be fun to read if I ever get all my Christmas things done. Found some beautiful sheets so I can recover my chair in my art room, some purple eyeglasses(don't ask), some pink glittery Christmas ornaments, and another mug. I love the girls out there, they're always so nice and pleasant and I know sometimes their job can be very trying. Do any of you know if they still have the big Christmas windows on HGTV? It's the big department stores and how they design the windows and it leads you up until the big night when they're unveiled. I always like to watch that, that and A Cricket in Times Square.
God bless you, Diane

Wish we had a SA here. I miss it since we used to shop at the one in Hendersonville, TN --when we were there. You can really get some bargains!!!!! (Don't know about the Christmas windows!)
Hugs,
Betsy
