An Outing

I hurried out and hurried back in and we went to Walmart today. Whee! Staying in out of the cold has given me a bad case of cabin fever. If I didn't have you to chat with on our blogs and my papers and pens and glue I really would go crazy. Even journaling is a little hard when you don't get outside. So it was fun to get out and see people and buy some stuff - a new vacuum for one thing - the old one has frustrated me long enough. On a side note about the vacuum, before we retired it to hubby's shop I got the bathroom scale and weighed it. What do you think it weighed? I figured 75 lbs. Give up? 15 lbs! I know it was concealing its weight because I know that thing weighs more than that! God bless you, Diane

I know! Is there anything that feels like lead more than a vacuum? Glad you got a new lighter one. Even when I still have to carry mine upstairs, it feels like it's heavier than it really is.

Good Morning, Diane. Glad you got out--even for a short time!!!! Glad you got a new vacuum. Did they have incredible sales????

Hope the new vacuum weighs less than the old one... I've got one of those VERY heavy ones also. YUK!
