This evening I heard about a white faced ibis which has been spending some time in a pond area not far away. When I pulled my car up and parked it, this is what was practically looking in my front window. What a beautiful little deer! I seemed to interrupt his progress and he turned around and went back down towards the ponds. I saw 15 or 20 hen pheasants and one rooster, red winged blackbirds, ducks and bugs. However, no white faced ibis but that was O.K. It was fun to see what was there.
