Crowberry Jelly

I received this jar of crowberry jelly for Christmas from Amanda. Her and her husband had flown into one of the willowy, boggy places where they grow in Alaska (berry=bear! to me) then flown home and she made her very first batch of jelly and this was the end product. I just couldn't open it. It sat on my kitchen sink where I could admire it all the time. When the girls were here for Mother's Day she asked me why I hadn't opened it. When I told her she said "let's open it today." So it seemed like a wonderful time and we could all enjoy it! Incidentally it's wonderful. God bless you, Diane
